Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by Europa Booking & Services (ebs@europa-organisation.com).

All cancellations received before 6 April 2016 will be accepted with a refund minus €40 administration fee.

All cancellations received between 6 April 2016 and 6 May 2016 will be accepted with a refund minus 1 night fee.

All cancellations received after 6 May 2016 are non refundable.
